Top 5 Holiday Secrets by Lisa M. Basso

Favorite Holiday Drink: Hands down, my very favorite drink is eggnog (non-alcoholic). I always pile a ton of nutmeg on top, too. This year I'm going to try fresh nutmeg. Exciting, I know.

Best Gift I Ever Gave: When I first started writing seriously, I wrote my best friend a short story where she was the main character. I couldn't believe how much she loved it. It's still one of my favorite things I've written. The main character is pretty awesome. ;)

Favorite Holiday Movie: I'm not a huge family of holiday movies, but this year I'm going to watch a bunch and try to find one. Every year I do manage to watch A Christmas Story--it's too silly not to.

  1. I don't necessarily have a favorite holiday movie either. I'm not the kind who likes watching the same movies over and over again. I'd rather just see a new one! :)

  2. I like your best gift. That has to be very special. And I agree that a family vacation in Hawaii would be wonderful.

  3. Kym, Me too! Books I'll reread sometimes, but movies, I'm usually about about seeing them all.

Cherie, I've only seen my bestie happier once, when I signed a copy of my debut novel for her. She cried. Then I cried. And neither of us are criers.
